Q: What kind of Clock accessories and parts we are using?
A: We select the best quality clock parts: the Material of Clock dial is Titanium Alloy; antique Brass door lock and Key. Golden Metal clock weights and pendulum with flowers decoration, Thick and bright Beveled Window and door Glass;
Q: What kind of wood material we are using for Clock Wooden Case?
A: We regular use Linder Wood (Basswood), kind of wood from North of China, it has very becautiful Natural wood Texture, strong toughness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance.
Q: How to transport the goods?
if goods damaged during transporation, how to handle?
A: We use standard export package includes foam, plastic bag and cartoon,
and we covered a strong wooden crate for every clock, guarantee customer
receive the best condition clock.
In case goods damaged during transportation, the insurance will give the cover,
and we will repay customer if the insurance cover is not enough.
